Jaime Muñoz Presents Research on Metastatic Spine Lesions at the Young Researchers' Conference

On June 26, 2024, Jaime Muñoz presented his work at the Young Researchers' Conference hosted by the Aragon Institute for Engineering Research (I3A) in Zaragoza, Spain. This annual event, held since 2011, showcases the research conducted by PhD students at the I3A.

Muñoz, along with co-authors José Manuel García Aznar and María Ángeles Pérez Ansón, presented a 3D parametric finite element model for the mechanical simulation of vertebrae with metastatic lesions. This work contributes to advancing the understanding of spine biomechanics in the presence of cancer-related bone damage.
